Message	or rolled back .. it sounds like a very good deal .. @60K there should be little wear on steering wheel, shift knob, carpets, seats .. etc .. use common sence to determine that. You could have a perfect carfax but it does not verify the mileage for you .. wear and tear is the only way to verify that.
